Berthaphil is excited to announce the soon to open Clark Center Community Pool. We hope this will be a place where everyone will get to enjoy and relax.

As is true of every community space we know you will respect the people and the place as you would your family and your home.

To prevent unfortunate incidents at the pool, below please find the Pool Rules and Regulations as a friendly reminder that we expect all residents and their guests to follow the rules. Please remember that even though the Pool Attendants and Lifeguards may be young, they are to be treated with respect, courtesy, and kindness. They are doing their job and do not deserve residents being rude and /or condescending. Please also be reminded that this is a family friendly community and kindly be mindful of your bathing attire, language and kindness and courtesy are appreciated. And, as a special gift to our Clark Center Residents Pool Access Cards and Usage Fees are waived for 2023.
